Order Processing & Handling

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. However, during peak periods, processing may take up to one week.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at hello@kindandcreative.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Standard delivery is estimated within 1-2 weeks. If you’d like to upgrade to express shipping, please contact us before ordering.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary depending on your location. If your order has not arrived one week past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@kindandcreative.com and we will assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment numbers).

If you notice an error, reach out to us at hello@kindandcreative.com immediately. We can update your address only if your order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes, reroute the package, or offer refunds/replacements due to address errors.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes

For customers outside Mexico or Canada, any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
